"All Shook Up", Feel-Good Rock n' Roll Musical Comes to Mattie Kelly Arts Center January 27 at 7:30 pm

Mattie Kelly Arts Center

1/18/2011 -

On January 27, 2011, the Artist Series at NWF State College Mattie Kelly Arts Center comes to life with an Elvis extravaganza, "All Shook Up" - a zany musical comedy with more than 24 Elvis hits that's been described as "Footloose", "Grease" and "Happy Days" all rolled into one! Mistaken identities, crazy love triangles and more make up this "laugh-out-loud comedy" that will have audiences rockin' to Elvis hits such as Jailhouse Rock, Heartbreak Hotel, Don't Be Cruel, Can't Help Fallin' in Love With You and many more. It's like an Elvis movie... but better according to critics who have raved about the national tour of this feel-good rock n roll musical.

Tickets to "All Shook Up" are $35 each or $30 for groups of 10 or more. Purchase tickets by phone, in-person or online from the Mattie Kelly Arts Center box office at (850) 729-6000 or the website at The website also features videos of upcoming events including "Rhythm of the Dance". All 1,650 seats in the main theater at the Mattie Kelly Arts Center are no more than 90 feet from the stage - making every seat "the best seat in the house" at the $25 million state-of-the-art performance venue located on the eastern edge of the college's Niceville campus at 100 College Boulevard. The center is located just minutes from Interstate 10 or the mid-Bay Bridge, easily accessible to patrons from surrounding communities. The Box Office is open 9 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday and at 12:30 p.m. the day of the show (90 minutes prior to the 2:00 pm curtain). The online Box Office is open around the clock. If available, seats purchased at the door are the same price as advance tickets.

Tickets are also available for national touring Broadway and Artist productions such as the internationally renowned "Dance Theatre of Harlem Ensemble" on February 7, tickets are $35 each adults and $25 for youth and college students; the one-man national touring show "Buffalo Soldier" for $10 each; a stellar European opera company performing the Puccini masterpiece "Turandot" on February 19, tickets are $45 each; and an Irish national company performing Celtic dance and music in "Rhythm of the Dance" on March 11, tickets are $35 each.
