Godspell – Summer Musical Theatre Workshop
Join us for the ultimate musical theatre training at our annual Summer Musical Theatre Workshop at the Mattie Kelly Arts Center. Northwest Florida State College and the Mattie Kelly Arts Center are pleased to announce the upcoming gallery exhibit, AQUIFERious. This exhibition will run from August 20-November 2, 2018, in the McIlroy, Holzhauer and Corridor Galleries. AQUIFERious is curated by Margaret Ross Tolbert, and is based on her award-winning book by the same title. Part of MKAC Galleries permanent collection, these pieces are prime examples of why Dalí has become one of the world’s most recognizable Surrealist artists. The 100 pieces displayed here were made by Dalí to illustrate each of the 100 scenes in Dante Alighieri’s Divine Comedy through Dalí’s recognizable style of dreamlike images, distortion, and use of the absurd.
