    Winners of the 2026 John Leatherwood Concerto Competition perform alongside the Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestra in this annual showcase of extraordinary young artists.

    The program includes Glinka's Overture to Ruslan and Ludmila, Shuying Li's Coping Cadences in its Florida premiere, and Liszt's Les Préludes performed side-by-side with members of the Northwest Florida Symphony Youth Orchestra.

    Welcome to Hadestown, where a song can change your fate. Winner of eight 2019 Tony Awards, including Best Musical, and the 2020 Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album, the show intertwines the mythic tales of Orpheus and Eurydice with Hades and Persephone.

    A vibrant ensemble of actors, dancers and singers brings Anaïs Mitchell's music and Rachel Chavkin's theatrical vision to a haunting and hopeful journey to the underworld and back.

    The Northwest Florida Symphony Orchestra concludes its 40th Anniversary Season with Puccini's timeless masterpiece La Bohème, a story of friendship, love, hope and loss among young artists finding their place in the world.

    Featured artists include Ben Reisinger, Kathleen O'Mara, Jared Werlein, Sarah Vautour and Lloyd Reshard, joined by the Northwest Florida Symphony Chorale, Pensacola Opera Chorus and Pensacola Children's Chorus.
