Entry Deadline: Saturday, March 31, 2018, (all images, entry forms, and entry fees must be submitted by this date)

Artist Notification: Selected artists will be notified by Monday, April 16, 2018 via email. If no email address, include a SASE with application.

Shipping: Shipped works must arrive by May 11, 2018. Exhibition address and artist name must be clearly marked on outside of container. Include prepaid shipping label or check made out to NWFSC in the amount of return shipping.

Hand-Delivery: Works must be hand-delivered by 4 PM on Friday, May 11. Weekend delivery hours: Saturday, May 5, 2018, 10 AM – 2 PM.

Opening Reception and Awards: Saturday, May 19, 2017, 6 – 8 PM.

Exhibition Open to the Public:

• May 19 – June 22
• Monday – Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM
• 90 minutes prior to most MKAC Mainstage Productions.

Pick-Up of Artwork: Mattie Kelly Arts Center Galleries, Saturday, June 23, 2018, 10 AM – 2 PM, or by appointment.

Return Shipping: Works will be shipped by June 30, 2018.
